Full time fixed term contract until 31 December 2028 Based at Regency campus / Kaurna Country View: Role Description The Opportunity The Apprentice Learning Support Coordinator is a newly created role at TAFE SA, established to deliver specialist learner support services that enable apprentices and trainees living with disability to participate equitably in training. The role works collaboratively with TAFE SA students and Student Experience teams, faculty staff, Apprentice Liaison Officers, external partners, and Apprentice Connect Australia Providers (ACAP) to promote inclusion and support improved learning experiences and outcomes for apprentices and trainees across TAFE SA. What We’re Looking For Perform a range of complex administrative and service functions that support the key deliverables of TAFE SA business operations, and delivery of the Disabled Australian Wages Support (DAAWS) scheme, with well-developed interpersonal and communication skills to consult and liaise collaboratively with a range of stakeholders. Deliver a high quality of customer service demonstrating a student-centred approach to delivery, taking ownership and recommending solutions to resolve issues and complex enquiries or escalating according to need. Proven ability to develop and maintain effective systems and documentation for accurate data management, with strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and online platforms. What You Need to Know A valid Working with Children Check (WWCC) issued by the South Australian Department of Human Services is required before employment.
