OVERVIEW This full-time Assistant Education Consultant role at ACIC is designed for professionals who are passionate about supporting international students in navigating Australian education pathways. Based in Sydney, the position combines student counselling, sales engagement, and administrative coordination within a leading education and migration consulting firm. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support senior Education Consultants in client counselling and management – Proactively engage and convert prospective international students into clients – Provide expert advice on Australian academic courses and institutions – Develop tailored study plans aligned with students’ goals and academic backgrounds – Manage students’ application and enrolment processes – Participate actively in marketing and promotional activities REQUIREMENTS – Australian tertiary degree – Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English and Chinese – Fluency in Mandarin (additional languages or dialects are a bonus) – Proven work experience in customer service, sales, or marketing – High efficiency with strong organisational skills and attention to detail – Friendly, enthusiastic, and outgoing personality – Adaptability with a positive, problem-solving attitude WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Assistant Education Consultants play a crucial role in helping international students make informed decisions about their education and future careers.
