OVERVIEW Endeavour College of Natural Health is seeking a part-time Clinic and Campus Administrator based onsite in Melbourne, Victoria. This front-facing role supports both campus and wellness clinic operations and acts as a key contact point for students, staff, and clinic clients. The position works closely with the Clinic & Campus Manager to help maintain an organised, welcoming, and efficient learning and clinical environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Serve as the primary point of contact for student enquiries through phone, email, ticketing systems, and in-person interactions. – Maintain accurate records and ensure timely follow-up on student enquiries. – Provide front-of-house support across clinic and campus reception areas. – Manage enquiries, bookings, payments, visitor coordination, and general administrative tasks. – Oversee daily operations of the Wellness Clinic. – Support rostering, dispensary stock management, banking processes, and client communications. – Guide students in clinic workflows, systems navigation, and professional customer service practices. – Assist with campus operations and events including open days, graduations, classroom setup, and maintenance of shared spaces. REQUIREMENTS – Bachelor or Diploma level competency in a relevant discipline is considered an advantage. – Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a student- and client-centred approach. – Ability to manage conflict effectively. – Proven ability to manage multiple priorities across student support, clinic operations, and campus administration. – Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. – Solutions-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills. – Adaptability to changing campus needs. – High level of accuracy and attention to detail in administration, record-keeping, financial processes, and systems. – Experience in healthcare, education, or clinic environments is desirable. – Familiarity with booking or clinic systems is desirable.
