About the Role As the Schools Recruitment Specialist, you will contribute to the achievement of domestic student enrolment targets by building strong relationships with career practitioners in secondary schools and contributing to the delivery of engaging recruitment activities. Reporting to the Manager, Schools Recruitment, this role focuses on account management, high-school student engagement and representing Swinburne at key recruitment events to raise awareness of our programs and brand across the secondary school sector. About You To be suitable for this role you will need to have experience in the below key accountabilities: Demonstrated experience in managing an indirect sales channel in a services industry. Strong interpersonal communication, teamwork and negotiation skills. Strong written and oral communication skills, including strong public speaking ability. Superior time management skills, and ability to work under pressure and to tight deadlines. Competency with a range of software and systems, including powerpoint, spreadsheets and CRM. Experience with the Adobe Suite (or similar) and/or Salesforce CRM. Understanding of Australian educational systems and frameworks, and of relevant government policies. Qualifications Completion of a degree in marketing/communications or equivalent with relevant work experience or an equivalent combination of relevant experience and/or education/training About Swinburne University of Technology Swinburne’s strategy draws upon our understanding of future challenges.
