We are currently seeking a Residence Manager to join our vibrant community and contribute to our mission of advancing international education and understanding. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about creating a welcoming and supportive environment for our diverse student body. As the Residence Manager, your responsibilities will include overseeing the efficient management of our student houses on Banbury and Bardwell Road. You will need to have a good level of education, previous experience in residential adult student management, and be flexible and adaptable with a ‘can do’ attitude. It is important that you have a proven ability to deal sympathetically with an international group of young adults. In return, we offer a competitive salary of up to £24,000 per annum, based on an average of 40 hours per week (including evenings and weekends).
