Program Management Specialist – Film, Art, Design We are seeking a talented and dedicated Program Management Specialist to create and implement an innovative international study program called CASE Film Art School. This immersive two-week program takes students to New York City and Los Angeles, two vibrant creative hubs. Our team at Actura believes in the power of empowering youth for their future success and aims to unleash students’ creative potential to tackle global challenges. As we expand our range of study programs, we offer a fantastic opportunity to join our innovative company that provides experiential student study programs in partnership with prestigious organizations and education providers in the USA and Australia. From expeditions to NASA and the Great Barrier Reef to classroom robotics, Actura works with schools globally, with offices in Australia, New Zealand, USA, and across Asia. This position is suitable for individuals with expertise in media, film production, technical design, arts, science education, or marketing in related fields. We are looking for a passionate team member who will be responsible for: Developing educational content aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB) Film Diploma Program or similar pedagogical frameworks. Managing international study programs encompassing Science, Technology, Engineering, Arts and Mathematics (STEAM) education, personal development, leadership training, and cultural experiences. Planning and preparing educational materials like student workbooks, eLearning content, and merchandise. Promoting and presenting the program value proposition both online and offline. Maintaining relationships with local and international suppliers. Collaborating with the team to deliver inspiring experiences for students. The ideal candidate will possess the following experience and skills: Education, Arts, or Business degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience. Familiarity with STEAM education and creative arts disciplines. Experience in educational content development or product management (preferred). Excellent written, interpersonal, and communication skills, including relationship management. Attention to detail, exceptional organizational skills, and effective time management. Enthusiasm to learn and grow within an innovative and collaborative team environment. Willingness to travel domestically or internationally to support study program delivery. This role reports to the Director of Program Management and Marketing.
