Position: Manager, Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion Location: Wallumattagal campus, North Ryde Salary: $109,553 to $121,901 gross per annum (HEW Level 8) Benefits: 17% employer’s superannuation and annual leave loading The Role: We are currently hiring for the newly created position of Manager, Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion. This is a full-time, continuing role based at our Wallumattagal campus in North Ryde. The successful candidate will be joining a supportive and collaborative team environment with hybrid working arrangements. As the Manager, Student Recruitment Campaigns and Conversion, you will be responsible for managing student recruitment acquisition and conversion campaigns and activities to drive enrolments and meet student load targets. Reporting to the Director of Prospective Student Acquisition & Conversion, your main duties will include: – Supporting the development and implementation of strategic global and domestic student recruitment campaigns and conversion initiatives. – Developing, designing, and managing the end-to-end delivery of prospective acquisition and conversion campaigns and programs of work. – Overseeing the delivery of all projects and events, including coordinating resources and budgets, monitoring project progress, and ensuring timely delivery within budget. – Developing and implementing dashboards and metrics to monitor and track sales leads and performance, providing analysis and reports to identify issues and inform decision-making. – Evaluating the effectiveness of campaigns, activities, and events through reports and presentations to drive improvements and ROI. – Building and maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders and providers/suppliers. – Developing and maintaining a comprehensive acquisition and conversion campaign calendar. – Implementing an integrated approach to increase peer-to-peer advocacy in the student acquisition and conversion process. – Providing insights to the Acquisition and Conversion Sales Support team for the development of sales support resources. About You: To be successful in this role, you will need to have a deep understanding of the higher education landscape, both globally and domestically. You must demonstrate a proven track record in developing and implementing successful acquisition and conversion campaigns. Your approach will be strategic, focusing on identifying target demographics and tailoring campaigns to engage prospective students effectively. Market analysis and data-driven insights will be essential in informing decision-making and optimizing campaign strategies. Strong project management skills are crucial for this role. You must be able to manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring coordination of resources, budgets, and timelines. Monitoring project progress, identifying issues, and implementing corrective measures will be key to successful campaign outcomes. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. You must be able to deliver clear and compelling reports and presentations that evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns, activities, and events. Your insights and analysis will drive improvements and demonstrate the ROI for recruitment initiatives.
