Position: Manager, International Operations Location: Fremantle Campus, University of Notre Dame Australia Employment Type: Full-time, fixed-term (Maternity leave cover until 13 September 2024) Salary: $117,820 – $129,036 pa including 13.5% superannuation We are currently seeking a Manager to oversee our International Operations at the University of Notre Dame Australia. As a leading private Catholic university, our institution is committed to delivering an exceptional educational experience to over 12,000 students across multiple campuses. Responsibilities: – Embrace and implement the university’s strategic plan – Provide high-level support to the National Director International by contributing to operational, strategic, financial, and resource planning/management – Lead and manage projects, including proposal preparation, project briefs, delivery reports, and stakeholder coordination – Represent the university at events, exhibitions, and recruitment fairs related to international education – Establish and maintain effective communication and relationships with relevant internal and external stakeholders – Coordinate the development, implementation, and monitoring of policies and programs for international students – Mentor and coach direct reports to enhance team performance and cultivate a positive workplace culture Requirements: – Relevant tertiary qualification and/or extensive relevant experience – Extensive understanding of international education and policy framework within the higher education sector – Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, project management tools, and presentation software – Knowledge of contemporary issues in the higher education sector, including the ESOS framework – Ability to engage others, build partnerships, and facilitate effective working relationships Benefits: – Generous training and development opportunities – Friendly and collaborative working environment – Fast-paced environment with opportunities for professional growth To apply, please submit your resume and a cover letter outlining your suitability for the role.
