About the Role: As a Liaison and Recruitment Manager, you will be part of UCL’s Student Recruitment management team. Your responsibilities will include leading your own team and overseeing recruitment activities for select markets in Asia and the Middle East, as well as for international students within the UK. You will also be responsible for managing relationships with UCL’s international recruitment agents, ensuring the smooth operation of our agreements. Furthermore, you will work with your team to develop recruitment strategies for your designated markets and ensure their successful implementation. About You: To excel in this role, you will need significant experience in student recruitment within UK higher education and a proven track record of contributing to recruitment targets. You should be an experienced people manager who can motivate and drive delivery. Collaboration and the ability to share ideas and experiences with UCL’s wider student recruitment community are critical to your success. A team-oriented mindset and confidence in engaging with diverse groups of individuals are also essential.
