OVERVIEW The Assistant Dean of Admissions, International at Wake Forest University plays a key role in advancing the institutionās global enrollment strategy. This position focuses on recruiting and enrolling international students from designated regions while representing the university to prospective students, schools, and partner organizations abroad. The role combines strategic territory management with hands-on admissions work and cross-campus collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruit and enroll international students from assigned international territories. – Conduct international travel for recruitment purposes. – Manage and develop designated international recruitment territories. – Deliver information sessions for prospective students and stakeholders. – Evaluate applications for admission. – Serve as a member of the admissions committee. – Liaise with international schools, counselors, and organizations. – Support and contribute to international recruitment programs.
