San Francisco State University is hiring a Director of Enrollment Services for the College of Professional & Global Education. Reporting to the Assistant Dean, this full-time Administrator I role leads the enrollment team and oversees enrollment and registration operations, customer service, systems coordination, data tracking, and process improvement. Responsibilities include developing standard operating procedures, ensuring course setup accuracy, coordinating with campus departments, maintaining compliance with FERPA and other regulations, overseeing certificate awarding, preparing budgets, supervising and coaching staff, conducting evaluations, leading trainings, analyzing enrollment trends, and creating a 3-5 year strategic plan for the unit. Minimum qualifications include a bachelor’s degree, 5 years of experience managing enrollment teams and processes in a university setting, strong knowledge of relevant policies and procedures, and experience with higher education data analysis and reporting. Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
