OVERVIEW Colby College is seeking a Global & Supplemental Aid Financial Specialist to oversee and manage student payments connected to supplemental aid programs, study abroad financial aid, and special award and internship payments. The position supports international students and campus departments by ensuring financial processes are completed accurately and in compliance with institutional, federal, and international regulations. This role works closely with Student Financial Services, Administrative Financial Services, academic departments, and other campus partners. The specialist also processes student-related expense reports, reconciles payments, and provides customer service to students, faculty, and staff.
