OVERVIEW The Sr. Assistant Director for Enrollment Strategy at the University of Missouri, St. Louis provides leadership and oversight for enrollment communication and marketing initiatives across the Division of Enrollment. This position supports prospective undergraduate, adult, online, workforce-focused, graduate, and international audiences through data-informed outreach and engagement strategies. The role also collaborates closely with admissions, enrollment, and university stakeholders to strengthen communication effectiveness and improve conversion outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide strategic leadership and oversight for enrollment communication initiatives across the Division of Enrollment – Develop and execute multi-channel enrollment communication strategies – Manage CRM and AI-driven outreach campaigns – Support recruitment initiatives for prospective students – Collaborate with admissions and university stakeholders – Analyze campaign effectiveness to improve engagement and conversion – Oversee communication targeting international student audiences – Partner with enrollment management and marketing teams on communication and outreach efforts – Support communication initiatives for undergraduate, adult, online, workforce-focused, graduate, and international prospects REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting data-informed enrollment communication and marketing initiatives – Ability to develop and manage multi-channel communication strategies – Experience working with CRM systems and AI-driven outreach campaigns – Ability to collaborate across admissions, enrollment, and university teams – Strong communication and analytical skills related to campaign effectiveness and engagement – Ability to support initiatives targeting diverse prospective student populations, including adult and international audiences WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Enrollment communication plays a central role in helping prospective students understand academic opportunities and navigate the admissions process.
