OVERVIEW Northeastern University is seeking an Enrollment Contact Representative to support prospective and current students through key stages of the student experience. This position serves as a primary contact for parents and students, helping guide enrollment processes, advising questions, and ongoing student support. The role contributes to recruitment, enrollment, and retention efforts while assisting international students with immigration compliance and travel-related questions. This hybrid position is based in Dedham, Massachusetts, with some training conducted on the Boston campus. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Serve as a front line contact for parents and students – Assist students through the admissions process – Guide international students with immigration compliance and travel questions – Advise students on financial aid and important deadlines – Connect students with university resources – Maintain student and enrollment records – Participate in outreach campaigns – Support student retention initiatives – Assist with recruitment and enrollment activities REQUIREMENTS – Ability to support prospective and current students through enrollment processes – Ability to advise students regarding admissions, aid, and deadlines – Ability to assist international students with immigration compliance and travel questions – Ability to maintain records and support outreach efforts – Ability to serve as a contact resource for students and parents – Availability to work in a hybrid role based in Dedham, Massachusetts, with some training on the Boston campus WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Enrollment professionals play an important role in helping students navigate complex university processes and access timely support.
