OVERVIEW The University of Bridgeport is seeking a Graduate Admissions Officer to support graduate admissions and enrollment efforts. This role focuses on recruiting prospective students, guiding students through the admission process, and supporting enrollment activities across the university. The position also involves collaboration with faculty and university departments to help students navigate admissions, aid, registration, and related activities. Graduate admissions professionals often serve as a key point of contact for prospective students throughout the enrollment journey. In this role, communication, organization, and student support are important to helping students understand university requirements and complete admissions processes successfully. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruit prospective students for graduate programs – Facilitate admission requirements and admissions processes – Provide support and guidance to prospective students throughout enrollment – Conduct enrollment activities and outreach initiatives – Coordinate webinars and recruitment events – Assist students with financial aid and registration processes – Collaborate with faculty and university departments REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting prospective students through admissions and enrollment processes – Ability to coordinate outreach activities and recruitment events – Strong communication and student support skills – Ability to collaborate with faculty and university departments – Familiarity with admissions, registration, and aid-related processes WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Graduate admissions professionals help connect students with academic opportunities and university resources.
