OVERVIEW California State University- East Bay is seeking an International Recruitment and Marketing Strategist to support international recruitment and student enrollment efforts across programs within International Programs. This role focuses on planning, implementing, and evaluating recruitment and marketing initiatives that align with institutional priorities. The position also supports communication strategies, relationship management, and outreach activities designed to strengthen enrollment outcomes. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Plan, implement, and evaluate international recruitment initiatives – Support inbound student enrollment across all programs within International Programs – Develop and execute recruitment strategies – Build and maintain relationships with educational institutions, partners, and relevant agencies – Represent the university in outreach activities – Identify new market and program opportunities aligned with institutional priorities – Oversee prospective student communications and conversion efforts – Ensure the accuracy and timeliness of marketing materials – Collaborate across campus to support enrollment goals REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting international recruitment initiatives – Ability to develop and execute recruitment strategies – Ability to build and maintain relationships with educational institutions and partners – Experience representing an institution in outreach activities – Ability to identify market and program opportunities – Experience managing prospective student communications and conversion efforts – Ability to ensure accurate and timely marketing materials – Ability to collaborate across campus in support of enrollment goals WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment and enrollment efforts are essential for expanding access to global educational opportunities and strengthening university programs.
