OVERVIEW The Director of International Affairs and International Programs at Texas Southern University leads the institution’s international engagement strategy and oversees global education initiatives. This role is responsible for developing and managing international partnerships, study abroad opportunities, and services that support international students and scholars. Based in Houston, Texas, the position also directs the operations of the Office of International Affairs and serves as the Principal Designated School Official (PDSO).
