OVERVIEW Grinnell College is seeking a Program Coordinator to support the management and administration of merit-based fellowships and awards programs. The position works in partnership with the Assistant Dean and Director of Global Fellowships & Awards and operates under the supervision of the Finkelman Dean. This role also manages and administers the CLS Grants program while supporting donor relations and stewardship initiatives connected to student development. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Work in partnership with the Assistant Dean and Director of Global Fellowships & Awards – Support the management and administration of a large portfolio of College-specific, national, and international merit-based fellowships and awards – Manage, coordinate, and administer the CLS Grants program – Support students’ personal, professional, and civic development through the program – Contribute to donor relations initiatives – Contribute to stewardship initiatives – Operate under the supervision of the Finkelman Dean REQUIREMENTS – Experience or ability to support management and administration functions – Ability to coordinate and administer a program portfolio – Ability to work collaboratively with the assistant dean and program leadership – Capacity to support fellowships and awards initiatives – Ability to contribute to donor relations and stewardship activities – Strong organizational and coordination skills WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This position supports access to fellowships, awards, and grant opportunities that can shape students’ academic and professional experiences.
