OVERVIEW The Project Specialist (SC – International Students IEP) supports the planning, coordination, and implementation of an intensive esl program within the Community Education department at South Orange County Community College District. This fee-based program is designed for adult learners from underserved and immigrant community populations. The position works under the supervision of an appropriate manager or administrator and contributes to improving access to high-quality instruction and student support. The role also emphasizes student success through coordination with community organizations and support for learners navigating the program. Candidates with mandarin language knowledge may help mandarin-speaking students with accessing available services and understanding program processes.
