OVERVIEW The University of Oregon School of Law is seeking a Graduate & Online Legal Programs Manager to oversee administration for graduate and online legal programs. This role supports recruitment, admissions, enrollment management, program communications, and student advising for students across multiple programs. The position also serves as a primary contact for prospective and current students, including international students and online learners. The manager plays an important role in supporting academic engagement and helping students navigate program processes and activities. The position combines operational coordination with student-facing responsibilities in a higher education environment. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Oversee graduate and online legal programs administration – Support recruitment efforts for programs – Manage admissions-related processes – Coordinate enrollment management activities – Handle program communications – Provide student advising support – Serve as a primary contact for prospective students – Serve as a primary contact for current students – Support international students and online learners – Coordinate orientation activities – Support community-building initiatives – Assist with professional development programming REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting graduate and online legal programs administration – Ability to manage recruitment, admissions, and enrollment activities – Strong communication skills for program communications and advising – Ability to support students in academic program environments – Experience coordinating student activities and orientation initiatives – Ability to work with international students and online learners WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Graduate and online programs depend on strong administrative leadership and consistent student support to help students succeed from recruitment through program completion.
