OVERVIEW New York University Abu Dhabi is seeking a Director of Open Enrollment Programs, Executive and Professional Education to provide strategic leadership within the Office of Executive and Professional Education. Reporting to the Vice Provost, Executive & Professional Education, this role focuses on the development, growth, and academic oversight of open enrollment offerings. The position supports a broad portfolio that includes community learning, professional micro-credentials, and high school programs across the UAE, GCC, MENA region, and India. The role combines leadership, operational management, and academic coordination to advance executive and professional education initiatives. The successful candidate will help guide program expansion while maintaining strong standards for academic integrity and financial performance. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Provide strategic leadership for open enrollment programs within executive and professional education – Lead development and growth initiatives across community learning programs – Oversee professional micro-credential offerings – Support high school program initiatives – Manage portfolio strategy for open enrollment programs – Direct program development activities – Oversee financial performance and sustainability of programs – Ensure operational excellence across program areas – Develop and strengthen partnerships – Maintain academic oversight and academic integrity standards – Support programs operating across the UAE, GCC, MENA region, and India REQUIREMENTS – Minimum of 10 years of leadership experience – Experience in continuing education – Experience in executive education – Experience in professional education – Experience with university-based program management WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This position plays an important role in expanding access to high-quality education opportunities for diverse learners and professionals.
