OVERVIEW California Baptist University is seeking an Admissions Communication Specialist in Riverside, California. This role supports Undergraduate, Graduate and international admissions efforts through strategic communication, marketing coordination, and digital engagement. The position focuses on implementing communication plans, managing media and online content, and supporting outreach initiatives that connect prospective students and families with admissions resources. The role combines communication strategy with day-to-day coordination across admissions channels. Responsibilities include developing messaging, maintaining digital platforms, and supporting admissions cycles through organized and timely outreach. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Develop, implement and execute strategic marketing and communication plans for Undergraduate, Graduate and International Admissions Offices – Implement CRM strategies related to admissions outreach and engagement – Create electronic communication campaigns for admissions cycles – Develop and manage social media plans connected to admissions activities – Manage admissions websites and related digital content – Oversee social accounts associated with admissions communication – Coordinate outreach campaigns for prospective students and families – Ensure admissions-related content remains current and relevant – Support communication efforts connected to prospective student engagement REQUIREMENTS – Experience or ability related to communication planning and execution – Knowledge of implementing strategic marketing and communication plans – Ability to manage digital media and social accounts – Ability to coordinate outreach campaigns and maintain current content – Familiarity with admissions communication processes and CRM strategies WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Admissions communication plays an important role in helping prospective students and families understand academic opportunities and the application process.
