OVERVIEW Unity Environmental University is seeking a Director of Graduate Recruitment to support enrollment growth across its expanding graduate programs portfolio. This strategic and outcomes driven position focuses on direct-to-student recruitment, partnership development, and enrollment operations. The role is designed to help prospective student populations engage with the university from initial outreach through enrollment while supporting long-term growth objectives. The position includes leadership responsibilities related to recruitment strategy, CRM and lead management, outreach initiatives, and partnership engagement. The successful candidate will help lead efforts that strengthen graduate enrollment and support institutional priorities.
