OVERVIEW Xavier University is seeking a Regional Recruitment Director based in the greater Chicago region. This role supports recruitment efforts by guiding prospective students and families through the admissions process while representing the university across assigned territories. The position includes travel for recruitment activities and requires strong relationship-building skills with high school communities and college-bound students. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Guide prospective students and families through the admissions process – Serve as a primary point of contact and ambassador for xavier – Travel throughout the assigned territory for recruitment activities – Build relationships with high school students, families, and guidance staff – Represent the university positively during outreach and admissions efforts – Organize and attend college fairs and high school visits – Evaluate applications for admission – Use CRM tools to monitor student engagement and territory performance REQUIREMENTS – Bachelor’s degree preferred – At least 5 years of college recruitment experience preferred – Ability to travel throughout the assigned territory – Residence in the greater chicago region required – Strong communication and relationship-building abilities – Experience working with prospective students and families – Familiarity with CRM tools and territory management WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Regional recruitment professionals play a key role in connecting students and families with educational opportunities.
