OVERVIEW The Program Engagement Lead supports the World Science Scholars educational program operated by the World Science Festival. This role focuses on engagement, communications, recruitment outreach, and synchronous programming within a global online scholar community. The position works closely with students, alumni, faculty, and partner organizations to strengthen participation and support cohorts of high school scholars from around the world. The role combines program coordination, community management, and outreach responsibilities. Candidates should be comfortable facilitating online interaction, supporting virtual events, and helping maintain an active and connected educational community.
