OVERVIEW The Associate Director of Doctoral Recruitment at Missouri University of Science and Technology plays a central role in shaping doctoral enrollment through strategic recruitment and admissions efforts. Positioned within Graduate and International Admissions, this role supports institution-wide priorities by advancing doctoral recruitment across disciplines. The position combines outreach, coordination, and collaboration to strengthen the university’s doctoral pipeline. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead doctoral student recruitment, admissions, and enrollment initiatives. – Support the Kummer I&E Doctoral Fellowship through targeted recruitment and coordination. – Coordinate university-wide doctoral recruitment strategies. – Conduct international and domestic outreach to prospective doctoral students. – Develop and maintain partnerships that support doctoral recruitment goals. – Participate in recruitment travel activities. – Manage recruitment-related activities within a CRM system. – Collaborate with faculty members and university leadership on recruitment efforts.
