OVERVIEW The Director, Study Abroad – Global Initiatives at the University of Texas at San Antonio provides strategic leadership and management for global education programming. This role supports study abroad and study away opportunities while guiding the development and implementation of international initiatives that expand student participation in global learning. The position focuses on program oversight, operational planning, and collaboration with faculty, students, parents, and international partners. The director also contributes to risk mitigation and crisis management efforts connected to international education experiences.
