OVERVIEW Florida Institute of Technology is seeking a Pilot Administrative Services Specialist to support the administration of pilot trainee activities and related student services. This role focuses on coordinating enrollment processes, maintaining records, supporting international students, and ensuring compliance with immigration and SEVIS requirements. The position combines administration, advising, and coordinating responsibilities in a higher education environment serving trainee populations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Administration of all pilot trainee activities – Registration and enrollment support for trainee programs – Course management administration – SEVIS compliance support and monitoring – International trainee support services – I-20 processing for international students – Advising international students on immigration matters – Coordinating English testing activities – Maintaining trainee records REQUIREMENTS – Experience or ability to support administration processes – Knowledge of trainee registration and enrollment procedures – Ability to assist with SEVIS compliance responsibilities – Ability to support international students and trainee services – Experience with I-20 processing or immigration-related documentation – Advising skills related to immigration matters – Ability to coordinate testing activities – Record maintenance and organizational skills WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This position plays an important role in supporting international students and trainee success through effective administration and compliance management.
