OVERVIEW The Study Trips and Visa Coordinator at Sotheby’s Institute of Art plays a central role in delivering high-quality academic experiences across the Institute’s Master’s programmes. Based in London, this position sits at the intersection of academic delivery, international travel coordination, and student immigration support. The role ensures that both UK-based and international study trips run smoothly while maintaining compliance with visa and attendance regulations. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Plan, administer, and deliver UK and international study trips for Master’s programmes – Coordinate travel, accommodation, itineraries, and study trip materials – Prepare and manage risk assessments related to study trips – Support visa-related processes for students, including UKVI compliance – Monitor student attendance in line with visa requirements – Assist students with Schengen visa documentation – Work closely with programme directors, faculty, and administrative teams to ensure smooth delivery of international academic experiences REQUIREMENTS WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International study trips are a defining feature of many postgraduate programmes in art and cultural education, offering students direct engagement with global institutions, collections, and professional networks.
