OVERVIEW Common Mission Project (CMP) is a registered UK charity delivering mission driven entrepreneurship through university education programmes across the UK and Europe. The Director of Programmes is a senior leadership role focused on programme quality, curriculum development, international expansion, business development, impact measurement, and team leadership. This hybrid position includes regular travel within the United Kingdom and internationally while supporting partnerships and growth across higher education. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead programme quality across education programmes – Support curriculum development and continuous programme improvement – Drive international expansion initiatives – Contribute to business development activities – Oversee impact measurement and reporting – Provide team leadership within the programmes function – Lead programme adaptation for Poland, Ukraine, and Nordic/Baltic regions – Develop university partnerships – Develop government partnerships – Engage with higher education sector bodies – Support mission driven entrepreneurship through university education – Travel regularly within the UK and internationally as part of the role REQUIREMENTS – Senior leadership capability – Experience supporting programme quality – Experience in curriculum development – Ability to support international expansion – Experience contributing to business development – Ability to oversee impact measurement activities – Team leadership experience – Ability to work with university and government partnerships – Ability to engage with higher education sector organisations – Willingness to travel within the United Kingdom and internationally – Ability to work in a hybrid role environment WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role contributes to the development and delivery of education programmes that support mission driven entrepreneurship within higher education.
