OVERVIEW The Director of Recruitment, Admissions and Strategic Growth at the University of Chichester is a senior leadership role focused on shaping and delivering the university’s student growth ambitions. This position offers the opportunity to influence recruitment strategy across home, international, and emerging markets while leading activity from initial enquiry through to enrolment. It is suited to an experienced higher education professional ready to operate at institutional level. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Drive the university’s student growth ambitions across home, international, and emerging markets. – Lead the end-to-end recruitment journey from enquiry to enrolment. – Provide leadership for Chi World, the university’s global hub for international activity. – Develop partnerships to support recruitment, market development, and strategic growth. – Lead market development initiatives and explore new opportunities. – Develop transnational opportunities that align with the university’s goals. – Align recruitment and admissions strategy with wider institutional priorities.
