OVERVIEW De Montfort University is seeking an ambitious Recruitment Partnerships Manager to support the growth of its international recruitment activity. This position focuses on developing recruitment partnerships, working closely with internal stakeholders and partner institutions across global markets. The role combines strategic planning, relationship management, team leadership, and oversight of budgets to strengthen international student recruitment outcomes. The successful candidate will play a key role in expanding partnerships and supporting the university’s international objectives through effective recruitment activity and collaboration. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Developing and implementing plans to grow international student recruitment through partnerships – Identifying and securing new partnership opportunities in priority markets – Leading and developing a small team – Building relationships across the university – Managing budgets and reporting – Working with internal stakeholders and partner institutions across the world – Supporting the growth of the international recruitment partnerships portfolio REQUIREMENTS – Ambitious and commercially minded approach – Ability to lead and develop a team – Experience building effective partnerships and relationships – Ability to manage budgets and reporting responsibilities – Capacity to work collaboratively with internal and external stakeholders – Commitment to developing international recruitment activity WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment and partnerships are increasingly important for universities seeking to build diverse student communities and strengthen global engagement.
