OVERVIEW BIMM University is seeking an Associate Director of International Recruitment & Partnerships to lead and develop its international recruitment strategy across multiple campuses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Germany. The role focuses on increasing the non-domestic student population while strengthening recruitment operations, partnerships, and engagement activities. This position works closely with admissions, marketing, and recruitment teams to support the university’s international growth objectives. The successful candidate will oversee international recruitment activity across Berlin and Dublin while managing global agent and partner networks. The role requires experience within a UK university environment, strong knowledge of UKVI regulations, and the ability to travel internationally.
