OVERVIEW BIMM University is seeking an Associate Director of International Recruitment & Partnerships to lead and develop its international recruitment strategy across multiple campuses in the United Kingdom, Ireland, and Germany. The role focuses on increasing the non-domestic student population while strengthening recruitment operations, partnerships, and engagement activities. This position works closely with admissions, marketing, and recruitment teams to support the university’s international growth objectives. The successful candidate will oversee international recruitment activity across Berlin and Dublin while managing global agent and partner networks. The role requires experience within a UK university environment, strong knowledge of UKVI regulations, and the ability to travel internationally. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Shape and drive the university’s international recruitment approach across all campuses – Focus on growing the non-domestic student population – Oversee recruitment activity across Berlin and Dublin – Lead international recruitment teams – Manage global agent and partner networks – Develop recruitment strategy for international markets – Build feeder institution partnerships – Collaborate with admissions and marketing teams – Support recruitment activity across international campuses – Represent the institution through international engagement and travel REQUIREMENTS – Significant experience in international student recruitment within a UK university – Knowledge of UKVI regulations – Willingness to travel internationally – Experience leading recruitment activity and teams – Experience managing partnerships and agent networks – Ability to work collaboratively with admissions and marketing teams WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment plays a central role in helping a university expand its global reach, strengthen partnerships, and diversify the student community.
