OVERVIEW University Of The Arts London is seeking a Student Engagement Administrator to support the delivery of Study Abroad and Preparation Programmes (SAPP) within Academic Enterprise. The role focuses on administering programmes designed for the international market, including pre-degree courses and study abroad opportunities. This position suits an experienced administrator with a customer-focused approach and knowledge of international education. The Student Engagement Administrator will work with students, international partners, and internal teams to support programme operations and student engagement activities. The role also contributes to application, enrolment, marketing, and event support connected to SAPP courses. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Administering programmes attended by SAPP students – Administering the SAPP application and enrolment process – Supporting marketing and conversion activities – Liaising with students and international partners – Assisting with events related to SAPP programmes and courses – Supporting the delivery of study abroad and preparation programmes REQUIREMENTS – Experience of international education – Customer-focused approach – Experience working in an administrator role – Ability to support application and enrolment processes – Ability to liaise with students and international partners – Ability to assist with marketing and events activity WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS This role supports students participating in international education programmes and helps ensure a positive experience from application through enrolment and engagement. By administering key processes and supporting study abroad activity, the administrator contributes to the effective delivery of courses designed for an international audience. The position also supports collaboration between students, staff, and international partners, helping programmes operate efficiently and strengthening the student experience within SAPP.
