OVERVIEW This senior leadership role focuses on shaping and delivering international student recruitment and admissions strategy at the University of Chichester. The Associate Director – International & Admissions provides strategic direction across global market development and admissions operations, with accountability for compliance and applicant experience. The position plays a central role in supporting sustainable international growth aligned with institutional priorities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Lead international student recruitment strategy and global market development. – Provide strategic oversight of admissions operations from enquiry through to enrolment. – Ensure compliance with UK Visas and Immigration (UKVI) regulations. – Deliver a high-quality applicant experience across the full admissions lifecycle. – Work collaboratively with marketing, digital teams, academic faculties, and international partnerships. – Use CRM systems, data, and market insight to inform decision-making and drive sustainable international growth.
