OVERVIEW The International Recruitment Manager (Americas) at the University of Strathclyde plays a central role in advancing the institution’s global recruitment ambitions across North, Central, and South America. Based in Glasgow, this position supports the university’s strategic aim to attract high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate students from international markets. The role combines market-facing recruitment activity with relationship management across a diverse regional portfolio. The post holder contributes directly to building sustainable recruitment pipelines and strengthening the university’s visibility in key markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Recruit high-quality undergraduate and postgraduate students from international markets. – Manage international promotional and recruitment activities. – Develop and maintain relationships with education agents. – Build partnerships with schools across the Americas. – Engage with government sponsors to support student recruitment initiatives.
