OVERVIEW The International Recruitment Officer at Liverpool Hope University plays a key role in advancing the institution’s global engagement and international student recruitment activity. Reporting to the Senior International Recruitment Officer, this permanent position focuses on attracting full degree international students through coordinated recruitment, outreach, and engagement initiatives. The role works closely with Marketing, Recruitment, and Admissions teams to deliver effective and well-managed recruitment interventions across multiple markets. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Design and deliver recruitment interventions to attract full degree international students. – Undertake outreach activity in designated international markets. – Organise and support international recruitment events on campus, online, and overseas. – Manage relationships with education agents and international partners. – Lead enquiry management and support the conversion of prospective international students. – Manage external-facing web content and third-party listings related to international recruitment. – Lead on international enquiries, including finance and commission processing. – Oversee communications and data monitoring related to international recruitment activity. – Support project planning and provide administrative support within the international recruitment department. REQUIREMENTS – Creative approach to international recruitment and engagement activity. – Strong organisational skills to manage multiple recruitment activities and projects. – Proactive working style when supporting recruitment initiatives and departmental objectives.
