OVERVIEW Boston University Study Abroad London is recruiting two fixed-term Programme Coordinator positions to support the planning and delivery of international education programmes for undergraduate students in London. The role focuses primarily on the College of General Studies Summer Programme while also contributing to academic partnerships and broader study abroad activity. This position works closely with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs teams to support programme coordination, academic administration, and student engagement. The successful candidate will contribute to a positive student experience for more than 1,200 students participating in study abroad and academic programme activity each year. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support the planning and delivery of international education programmes – Coordinate the College of General Studies Summer Programme – Assist with study abroad programme coordination – Provide academic administration support – Deliver student support services – Liaise with faculty members – Support stakeholder management activities – Assist with compliance support processes – Coordinate academic partnerships – Work collaboratively with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs teams – Contribute to the delivery of a high-quality student experience REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting programme coordination – Ability to contribute to academic administration activities – Capacity to support undergraduate student services – Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills – Ability to work collaboratively with Academic Affairs and Student Affairs teams – Experience supporting study abroad or international education activity – Ability to manage partnership coordination and faculty liaison responsibilities WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS Programme coordination roles are essential within international education because they help create organised, supportive, and academically focused experiences for students studying abroad.
