OVERVIEW De Montfort University is recruiting a Senior Recruitment Partnerships Manager based in Leicester, England. The role sits within the International Directorate and focuses on international student recruitment, transnational education partnerships, and global mobility initiatives. This position supports the university’s international growth objectives through relationship management, recruitment strategy implementation, and partnership development across global markets. The role involves working with overseas stakeholders while supporting recruitment performance and identifying new opportunities. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES – Support international student recruitment activities across global markets – Manage transnational education partnerships – Contribute to global mobility initiatives – Identifying and securing international partnership opportunities – Manage overseas stakeholder relationships – Support recruitment objectives within the directorate – Monitor recruitment and partnership performance – Lead recruitment strategy implementation across international markets REQUIREMENTS – Experience supporting international student recruitment – Ability to manage partnerships and overseas stakeholder relationships – Experience identifying international partnership opportunities – Ability to monitor performance and support recruitment objectives – Experience implementing recruitment strategy across international markets – Understanding of transnational education partnerships and global mobility initiatives WHY THIS ROLE MATTERS International recruitment and partnerships roles play an important part in helping universities build sustainable global engagement and expand access to education opportunities.
