UH-GAF is currently searching for an International Student Recruitment Manager to take charge of our global recruitment efforts. This pivotal position will focus on increasing student enrollments and promoting UH-GAF in major international markets. Located in the New Administrative Capital in Egypt, UH-GAF is a rapidly expanding institution with ambitious plans for growth.
We are in need of a skilled individual to lead our student recruitment efforts across diverse international markets. The successful candidate will serve as an ambassador for UH-GAF and provide excellent customer service to prospective students, parents, and educational consultants, ultimately driving international student enrollments.
The role will involve developing and executing recruitment plans, meeting targets, and collaborating with senior staff to maximize student recruitment. Key responsibilities include leading international student recruitment efforts, implementing effective recruitment strategies, building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, delivering exceptional customer service, achieving enrollment targets, collaborating with senior staff and other departments, and representing UH-GAF at international education fairs, conferences, and recruitment events.
Ideal candidates will have proven experience in international student recruitment, preferably in a higher education context. Strong understanding of global education markets and trends is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required, along with the ability to engage and inspire a wide range of audiences. A proactive and results-driven approach is desired, as well as exceptional organizational and time management abilities. A high level of cultural awareness and sensitivity is important. A passion for international education and a commitment to promoting UH-GAF and Egypt as an alternative study destination are also desired traits.
