The role of International Recruitment Operations Officer in the International Operations team offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with the Associate Director, International Recruitment Operations, International Sales, International Admissions, and other relevant internal stakeholders. The successful candidate will be adept at managing competing priorities and communicating effectively with stakeholders. Reporting to the Associate Director, International Recruitment Operations, you will work alongside passionate staff who share our commitment to making a positive impact and being Here for Good. As an International Recruitment Operations Officer, a typical day might involve managing the Admissions queue, providing support to Admissions Officers, responding to agent and new international student enquiries, assisting with new student enrolments, and maintaining data integrity. You will also provide general operations support, attend meetings, generate reports, and help with systems and program development. In addition, you will work on streamlining the application to enrolment process, focusing on global communication processes, policies, and procedures. This is a Fixed Term, Full-time position based in Sydney, with a contract end date of June 2024. Please note that applicants must have full working rights in Australia, and visa sponsorship is not available for this position. To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in a fast-paced administration role, as well as excellent customer service and communication skills. A business-related university qualification, experience processing finance and working with data, and high competence in Microsoft Office are also desirable. You should be able to coordinate a large volume of work and prioritize tasks, work effectively in large teams with remote stakeholders, and ideally have experience working in a sales environment and with Customer Relationship Management and finance processing systems.
