**Position Purpose:**
Provide direct support to the admissions staff for all international student admissions processes. Assist with various semesterly responsibilities, such as international orientation. Act as the customer service representative for the office and serve as the point of contact for customers regarding admissions, enrollment, and immigration matters. Direct inquiries and requests to appropriate personnel, and resolve customer complaints per university policies and procedures. Primarily responsible for processing transcripts, application fees/refunds, and student information requests.
**Education & Formal Training:**
Associate’s degree in Office Administration, Business, or related field required. Education and experience can be substituted based on the following equivalency: AA = 2 years’ experience; BA/BS = 4 years’ experience.
**Computer Skills:**
Proficiency in Word Processing, Spreadsheet, Presentation, and other systems such as Banner, Slate CRM, and WebXtender.
**Experience:**
1. Two years of related office and customer service experience required.
2. Experience in a university or college environment preferred.
3. Admissions experience preferred.
**Licenses, Certificates, Registrations, & State/Federal Requirements of Position:**
Criminal History check required.
