Job Opportunity: International Team Role at London College of Fashion (LCF) This is an exciting role within the International Team at London College of Fashion (LCF), where you will have the opportunity to manage and administer the College’s exchange programs, both short and long-term. As the key point of contact within LCF for exchange partners, you will be responsible for managing relationships with universities around the world. Additionally, you will work closely with students who are planning to study abroad. Furthermore, you will contribute to the development of new global experiences and international projects, with the aim of providing greater access and opportunities for all UAL students. Your main responsibilities will include: 1. Mobility Management: Oversee the entire student exchange cycle for both incoming and outgoing students at LCF. Maintain a comprehensive database of exchange and global experience activities, ensuring balance in student exchanges. Act as the main point of contact for LCF students interested in participating in a global experience. 2. Partnership Development: Collaborate with global exchange partners, negotiating student numbers and ensuring productive and well-managed relationships. Coordinate administrative procedures for other international projects and provide regular reports to the Director of International at LCF on the quantitative and qualitative aspects of these projects. 3. Project Coordination: Provide effective project management for identified international projects, supporting the Director of International at LCF in achieving key objectives. About You: We are seeking a dedicated individual who is passionate about student education and interested in working in the international sector to support students in gaining global experiences. Ideal candidates will have a working knowledge of mobility programs and experience working with global partners. Strong attention to detail is required for administrative processes. Excellent customer service skills, particularly in working with students, are preferred. Experience in developing new international partnerships in a higher education setting is desirable. Previous work experience in an international department or setting, as well as partnership development work, is advantageous. In addition, excellent communication and organizational skills are essential, along with the ability to plan and prioritize effectively. You should also be able to work collaboratively with various stakeholders and demonstrate problem-solving abilities. Please note that occasional UK and international travel may be required for this role.
