About the Faculty The Faculty of Engineering and IT collaborates with universities and institutes worldwide, promoting student mobility, joint degrees, and the exchange of ideas through academic travel and research collaboration. About the Role The International Officer will provide support to the Associate Dean International and the Faculty International team. Responsibilities include administering external international articulation programs, assessing international coursework applications, providing market intelligence insights and data reporting, and assisting with international student recruitment activities. FEIT is hiring a full-time International Officer on a permanent basis. In this role you will: • Collaborate with the International Marketing and Communications Officer to develop international marketing collateral. • Support academic and professional staff in student recruitment activities. • Provide ongoing student support for external articulation programs with consultation from UTSI. • Assist in assessing international coursework applications. • Aid A/Dean International with travel arrangements and meeting scheduling. • Coordinate arrangements for senior international visitors to FEIT. • Process applications and assist with drafting agreements from Faculty Key Technology Partners (KTPs). Experience in providing high-level administrative support and project assistance, while considering diverse stakeholder needs, formal policies and procedures, and unexpected circumstances. 2. Ability to coordinate and support promotional and event-related activities that have a positive and progressive impact on a wide audience. 3. Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and within a team and a willingness to help others. 4. Knowledge and appreciation of multicultural diversity, inclusiveness, and experience in addressing various cultural needs. 5. Excellent time management skills, including the ability to plan workload and meet deadlines. Remuneration & Benefits Competitive salary package ranging from $76,936 to $88,015 pa (HEW 5), with market loading for exceptional candidates. This role offers 17% superannuation (pension) in addition to the base salary.
