Kings College London has been actively contributing to make the world a better place for almost two centuries. The Fundraising & Supporter Development Office has been an integral part of the university’s ambitious goals and mission. As the International Alumni Coordinator, you will report to the Senior International Alumni Manager, and work closely with other relevant departments such as fundraising and communications. You will endeavour to establish important bonds with Kings international alumni, ensuring positive interactions and lifelong memberships of the Kings global alumni community. You will be in charge of an engagement programme for international alumni and will manage the Alumni Ambassador programme, which involves recent graduates as volunteers to help with student recruitment events worldwide. You will also be responsible for developing meaningful relationships with a portfolio of international volunteers, handling onboarding processes and building comprehensive volunteer engagement programmes. You will ensure that volunteers are well-supported in their roles and that their activities align with Kings strategic goals, ultimately supporting Kings College London’s international strategy. As the International Alumni Coordinator, you will collaborate with the Senior International Alumni Manager to design and deliver events for high-profile alumni in significant international regions. You will also develop a virtual events programme to connect Kings international alumni. As a self-motivated, detail-oriented person, you have experience managing projects to achieve business objectives. Above all, you are organised and enjoy working in a high-performing team, along with having an unbridled desire to develop strong relationships with supporters and stakeholders.
