The position of International Account Coordinator at ECU International Business Operations is available for passionate and dynamic individuals. The role requires an annual remuneration package of $85,551 to $92,301 in addition to a 17% University superannuation contribution. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining and building international partnerships and contributing towards generating revenue growth for ECU. This full-time and ongoing role is located at Joondalup Campus. The role requires the candidate to liaise with internal and external stakeholders and support the University’s strategic goal of growth in international income and load. The International Account Coordinator must demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate the education agents’ network, compliance, and contracts administration, customer relationship management systems, Salesforce, Callista, data analytics, and reporting. An educational background with experience in the international education industry and a good understanding of the ESOS Act and National Code is preferred.
