Job Title: Head of International Student Recruitment – Marketing and Communications Type: Full-Time, Permanent Location: Egham, United Kingdom Salary: £50,484 per annum (including London Allowance)* We are seeking an exceptional individual to take on the role of Head of International Student Recruitment in our Marketing and Communications department. As the Head of International Student Recruitment, you will be responsible for overseeing all activities related to attracting and recruiting international students for Royal Holloway, University of London. This includes managing relationships with education providers, agents, recruitment partners, and influencers. Your main objective will be to align international recruitment efforts with the university’s strategic plan, with a focus on enhancing growth and diversity within our student community. Collaboration with colleagues across the university will be vital in order to effectively promote the university and attract prospective students. To succeed in this role, you should possess excellent communication, data analysis, organizational, and relationship-building skills. A strong knowledge of the higher education sector is essential, along with an understanding of current trends and developments in international student recruitment.
