We are currently offering a full-time, fixed-term position for 18 months. The starting salary is £28,929 per annum, and it is dependent on skills and experience. There is an annual increment, with a maximum salary of £35,308 per annum. We are excited to announce an opportunity to join our team as a Global Programmes Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing UEA’s customised residential programmes and summer schools. Your main objective will be to develop and deliver new business opportunities for UEA to host campus-based residential programmes for international students. This will provide short-term opportunities for international students to experience living and learning on campus at UEA. The position involves developing and delivering customised short courses requested by partner institutions, as well as promoting and coordinating academic summer school modules offered by UEA. Typically, these programmes last 2-4 weeks and take place primarily in July and August. To be eligible for this role, you should have a degree or equivalent education, or relevant experience in a similar role. It is essential that you have an understanding of events management to coordinate residential programmes, as well as demonstrable project management skills. You should also have excellent communication skills to engage with a wide range of students, partners, and internal stakeholders. Supervisory/line management experience is preferred, along with excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills. Additionally, the ability to provide effective administrative leadership is required. This full-time position is available immediately on a fixed-term basis for 18 months. There is potential for extension, depending on business growth.
