UCA is offering a great opportunity for a highly-motivated individual to join our Student Records & Systems team. This role will specifically be in the Partnerships section of our team, working closely with our Global Engagement team. As part of this team, you will have overall responsibility for the student record and student database. We are a busy team that works closely with other key departments within the university to support the student journey from enrolment to graduation. Your main responsibilities will include maintaining partner student assessment records, following established deadlines, policies, and procedures. You will also handle inquiries from both our partners and their students. Additionally, you will assist at the university’s graduation ceremonies and enrolment sessions. Given the busy nature of our office and the varied workload, you will need excellent organizational skills and strong IT skills. You should be able to prioritize and complete multiple tasks within agreed timescales. Effective written and verbal communication skills are also important, as you will be working as part of a small and dedicated team. If you are interested in this role, please contact Kathy O’Hara, our Student Records & Systems Manager, at kohara@uca.ac.uk for an informal conversation.
