The advisor acts as a specialist in one of the key faculty areas like Design, Creative Technology, Business, Hospitality, Health, or Education. They use their specialist knowledge along with customer service, sales and account management skills to provide guidance for future students in person, online, and over the phone. The advisor reviews the eligibility of applicants for a course, assists future students with their applications, enrolment, and on-boarding processes, and works closely with admissions, academics, and other student support teams, with a focus on providing exceptional customer and learning experiences. The successful candidate for the full-time permanent contract position can be based in Melbourne or Sydney, with the position primarily based in the office. The ideal candidate has experience in sales, is customer-focused, passionate about education, and driven by results. They possess excellent relationship-building skills, are comfortable working autonomously and in a team, and have a successful track record in meeting and exceeding goals. Knowledge of Salesforce or similar CRM is an advantage.
